Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Rewards Program Flexibility

K.E.E.P.S. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at its sole discretion. Such changes may occur without prior notice, but we commit to informing members promptly through official communication channels.

3. Course Access Assurance

Upon enrollment, members are granted access to their selected courses and personal dashboards. K.E.E.P.S. ensures that members will retain access to these resources, even if program structures evolve or change, provided they remain in good standing and comply with all terms and conditions.

4. Community Commitment and Member Conduct

K.E.E.P.S. is dedicated to fostering a supportive and respectful community. Members are expected to:
Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of fellow members. Sharing personal information without explicit consent is prohibited.
Integrity: Engage authentically and honestly within the community. Misrepresentation or fraudulent activities are not tolerated.
Platform Use: Access to the K.O.U. platform and its courses is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-members is strictly forbidden. Violations of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which K.E.E.P.S. operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

7. Member Protection

8. No Refunds Policy

Registration Fee: Please note that the registration fee of $210 is non-refundable.
License Fee: The license fee is also non-refundable unless you have never registered as a student on the K.O.U. platform.

K.E.E.P.S. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
